The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made through our online shop.
2. Contractor, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with Waterman Distribution.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for and explained in the order process. By clicking on the purchase button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is made by e-mail immediately after the sending of the order.
When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you choose:
- Credit card
By placing your order, you will send us your credit card details at the same time. Once you have been legitimized as a legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.
- Advance payment
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in separate e-mail within two days, in which we give you our bank details.
- Payment on pick-up

The languages available for conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Terms of Delivery

In principle, you have the possibility of picking up at the Waterman-Sports Shop in Unterägeri, please inform you in advance.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

You pay the invoice amount at pick-up.
6. Availability of the goods
If goods are ordered with limited availability, we reserve the right to cancel the order if there are not enough items available. In addition, we reserve the right to arrange partial deliveries of orders. This means that you may receive multiple packages for an order. In case your desired product is not available, we will check for you whether the item can be reordered. For reorders, this can lead to longer delivery times. There are no additional costs for you as a customer.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Transport damage
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact Waterman Distribution immediately, but at the latest after 5 days. In the event of complaints, all parts of the original packaging must be retained. These may only be disposed of after the written consent of the transport company or Waterman Distribution.
