Right of withdrawal

Waterman-Sports grants a right of withdrawal to incorrectly ordered goods in the online shop.

The withdrawal period is 48h after receipt of the goods.

If the goods are not returned in their original packaging and in their entirety, Water-Sports reserves the right to invoice the customer for a reduction in value. Upon receipt of the goods, the goods will be checked by Waterman-Sports, and in the event of a satisfactory check, the invoice amount will be refunded.

Swiss gestures

In Switzerland, the right of withdrawal only exists if the seller grants it on his own initiative. Switzerland's legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to make a decision and return a product after an online purchase. The operator of a webshop may grant this right, but is not obliged to do so.

European legislation

Unlike Switzerland, the European Union provides for a right of withdrawal without any obligation to state reasons. The revocation must be expressly declared by the buyer and is best done in writing. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Amounts already paid must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the revocation.
